Smallest Controller for 4K Digital Mirror Display

TXN today introduced a new display controller to enable the smallest, fastest, and lowest-power 4K ultra-high-definition (UHD) video and imaging devices.
The DLPC8445 controller is the first device in the family. Future chipsets using the new controller technology will feature DMDs of varying resolutions up to 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) at up to 240 frames per second (fps).
Designed for future more compact video and gaming projectors and augmented reality glasses, the new controller will enable a new generation of smaller, more power-efficient, and lower-cost 4K UHD products.
